Alright...so I don't have a bunch of pictures in this post- I am attempting to see what a post looks like when I link a picture from Picasa to here.
Here is my garden as of today. The
broccoli plant

is heading to the garbage soon. They are just producing flowers and worms.
Blech. I will probably just plant some flowers..Maybe more jalapenos.
Goodness knows I have plenty of tomatoes!! YEAH!!!!! It is crazy how much they grew after the weekend we were in Chicago and we had all that rain. They exploded!!!
Today was a lazy day. Cleaning some, getting the house ready b/c we have a couple that is going to stay here while we are gone. Their house is getting tile laid, and they have to be out of their house for a minimum of 5 days. Just so happens that it is during the time we are heading up to AL for an extended weekend. :)
We are going to have a good trip up to
B'ham! Got reservations at a really nice
restaurant on Wednesday night as a special treat for Lance and I. We are going to be staying downtown that night so that we can just take a taxi there and back and not worry about it. ;) Also found out that one of our friends from here in
P'Cola is going to be in
B'ham at the same time, so we may catch up with them at some point.
Thursday is Luke's
b'day, and we are going to celebrate his
b'day next weekend also. I get to see how huge Jennifer and Baby Boy Brett
Bohnenkamp are. :)
I am pretty excited for the visit, and it should be productive.
The following weekend I am going back up there by myself. Got the
Pell City Animal Shelter's Fur Ball (charity event raise money), Jennifer's shower and Christi's Shower. PHEW. It is going to be a busy next few weeks, THAT is for sure.
LOL!

Yummy smelling flowering vine. I have no clue what it is, but it smells GOOD!!!!

My cucumber "bush" hybrid is trying to climb over everything. It is crazy. I swear I sit and stare at those shooters and watch them grow!!!!
mmmm...Jalapenos!!! YEAH!!!
ahhhh...the good life. It looks so much better without the child safety fence around it- but I am glad that we have it!!!!
Itty Bitty bell peppers. I hope they, um, GROW. They seriously have looked just like this for about 2 weeks. I fertilize and water like I am supposed to. I have no clue why they are still bell pepper buttons.
LOL!
