An UNWATCHED pot...uh, curdles....

uh, think I cooked the milk coffe bean mixture too high/too long huh? gross.....I made coffee curds and whey.....instead of the base for my home made coffee icecream. ha ha ha. Needless to say, I discovered when a recipe says "bring to boil, then lower heat to keep warm"....it really means REMOVE FROM THE EYE!!!!!!!!!!!

I will let you know what they say about the icecream!!!
